For this logistic center of European leader in the distribution of foods from Asia and Japan, we have supplied evaporators for cold rooms with positive temperature and for low and lowest temperature.
For cold rooms at lowest temperature we mean rooms at -50 °C and that usually are employed, in the food industry, to blow down and the storage of raw fish as tuna.
These so low temperatures guarantee to use raw tuna, that is employed in sushi and sashimi, totally safe ensuring also its high quality.
