Banana ripening air cooler RGDB

Range of banana ripening air coolers designed for application in airbag and side curtain ripening rooms.

Thanks the fan motors with high additional pressure and their complete reversibility they provides uniform banana ripening. This line of air coolers already tested in several installations is suitable for rooms with 1, 2 or 3 tiers of pallet and from 6 to 54 pallet.

  • Food & Beverage

Technical features

Air coolers suitable for fluids such as: water, glycol and brine.

15 models for banana ripening rooms with 1, 2 and 3 tiers of pallets and from 6 to 36 pallets.

LED lights integrated into the evaporator and air heating by electric heaters.

From 2 to 6 fans.

Cooling capacity

From 10 to 90 kW

Fan-motors

Diameter 500 – 560 – 630 mm with high static pressure and wired to a common connection box.

Fin spacing

4 – 5 – 6 mm

Casing

Casing in corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Drip trays with welded corners and welded draining connections for perfect seal. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is made with 16 mm diameter tubes that ensure high heat exchange and low pressure drops.

The high thickness fins guarantee greater heat exchange, superior mechanical resistance and long life.

The heat exchanger is equipped with a tube suspension system that prevents contact between the tubes and the frame, ensuring complete protection of the battery against vibrations and thermal expansion.

Options

Reversible fans, EC fans, stainless steel tubes, stainless steel casing, stainless steel fins, coil coating, air heating by hot glycol circuit.
