This line of air coolers is designed for particularly heavy-duty use in cooling and storing fresh or frozen products at temperatures from -40 to +25°C. RGF air coolers are designed to be water defrosted even at air temperatures down to -30°C

Fan-motors

Diameter 500 – 560 – 630 – 710 – 800 – 910 mm with aluminum or PP plastic blades and corrosion-resistant powder-coated grids.

Electric motors equipped with termontacts for effective protection. Fan conveyors with optimized fan profile ensure maximum fan efficiency and higher air throw.

Fin spacing

6 – 7 – 8 – 10 – 12 mm

Casing

Casing in galvanized steel or corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Drip tray in AISI 304 stainless steel with welded corners and welded draining connection for a perfect seal. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is made with 16 mm diameter tubes that ensure reduced pressure drops and reduced pumping energy consumption.

The high thickness fins guarantee greater heat exchange, superior mechanical resistance and long life.

Defrost

Water, hot glycol, electric, light electric, combined defrost.
