Blast freezer air cooler RGBF

New line of blast freezers for fast freezing of meat, fish, ice cream and ready to serve meals in tunnels where it’s required high cooling capacity in a limited space.

This blast freezer range is equipped with fan motors that provides additional air static pressure to grant a fast and uniform food cooling. The installation and maintenance of this shock freezer is very easy, thanks the adjustable legs for easy adjusting of evaporator height and the  removable cover panels.

Casing

Casing in corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Drip tray with welded corners and welded draining connection for perfect seal. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is made with 16 mm diameter tubes that ensure reduced pressure drops and reduced pumping energy consumption.

The high thickness fins guarantee greater heat exchange, superior mechanical resistance and long life.

The heat exchanger is equipped with a tube suspension system that avoids contact between the tubes and the frame, ensuring complete protection of the battery against vibrations and thermal expansion.
