Condenser V-shape RCVD

New line of V type condensers suitable for big refrigeration and air conditioning installations.

Thanks the V type  configuration, these condensers can reach big capacities with reduced plan dimensions. This range of condensers has standard configuration with two independent refrigerant circuits and it’s equipped with heat exchangers that provides very efficient heat transfer with reduced refrigerant volume even for very low fan speed rotation.

Fan-motors

Diameter 800 – 910 mm with aluminum or PP plastic blades and corrosion-resistant powder-coated grids. External rotor fans with thermal contacts for effective protection. Fan conveyors with optimized fan profile ensure maximum fan efficiency, lower noise and avoid air recirculation.

Each fan module is separated from the others by partition plates to avoid the phenomenon of air recirculation in case a fan is stopped.

Fin spacing

2,1 – 2,3 – 2,5 – 3,2 – 4,0 mm

Casing

Casing in corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Frame designed to ensure high solidity and uniform air distribution through the heat exchanger. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is equipped with a tube suspension system that avoids contact between the tubes and the frame, ensuring complete protection of the battery against vibrations and thermal expansion. 

Internally grooved tubes and special louvered fins ensure high heat exchange under any working condition.

Noise

From 30 dB(A) at 10 m distance.
