Dry cooler flat RDSD – RDLD

This new line of liquid coolers is suitable for big refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling installations.

Thanks wide range of models with different noise level and dimensions this range of dry coolers fulfill every customer needs. These dry coolers are available for horizontal or vertical installation. This range of liquid coolers is equipped with high efficient heat exchangers and innovative fan motors with low noise and reduced power consumption.

RDSD dry coolers with short frame for more compactness or higher capacity for the same size.

RDLD dry coolers with long frame for higher efficiency and lower noise.

Fan-motors

Diameter 800 – 910 mm with aluminum or PP plastic blades and corrosion-resistant powder-coated grids. External rotor fans with thermal contacts for effective protection. Fan conveyors with optimized fan profile ensure maximum fan efficiency, lower noise and avoid air recirculation.

Each fan module is separated from the others by partition plates to avoid the phenomenon of air recirculation in case a fan is stopped.

Fin spacing

2,1 – 2,3 – 2,5 – 3,2 – 4,0 mm

Casing

Casing in corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Frame designed to ensure high solidity and uniform air distribution through the heat exchanger. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is equipped with a tube suspension system that avoids contact between the tubes and the frame, ensuring complete protection of the battery against vibrations and thermal expansion.

Heat exchanger equipped with 12 mm diameter tubes allows to reduce the pressure drops of the fluid to be cooled and allows to keep the inlet and outlet connections on the same side, reducing installation costs.

Noise

From 30 dB(A) at 10 m distance.

Vertical or horizontal installation, stainless steel tubes, stainless steel casing, coil coating, copper fins, EC fans, ATEX fans, fan speed controller, vibration dampers, fans wiring, safety switches, self-draining heat exchanger.
