Gas cooler V-shape RKVS
New line of compact gas coolers with V-shaped coils for use in refrigeration systems with CO2 refrigerant.
RKVS gas coolers, thanks to their low height of only 115 cm, are particularly suitable in installations built in built-up areas or historical centers, where it is necessary to make these machines inconspicuous.
The heat exchanger is made with special thicker tubes that ensure a design pressure of 120 bar and with fins with innovative configuration that ensure high heat exchange even at low fan speeds.

Fan-motors
Diameter 800 – 910 mm with aluminum or PP plastic blades and corrosion-resistant powder-coated grids. External rotor fans with thermal contacts for effective protection. Fan conveyors with optimized fan profile ensure maximum fan efficiency, lower noise and avoid air recirculation.
Each fan module is separated from the others by partition plates to avoid the phenomenon of air recirculation in case a fan is stopped.

2,1 – 2,3 – 2,5 – 3,2 – 4,0 mm
Casing
Casing in corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Frame designed to ensure high solidity and uniform air distribution through the heat exchanger. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.
Heat exchanger
The heat exchanger is equipped with a tube suspension system that avoids contact between the tubes and the frame, ensuring complete protection of the battery against vibrations and thermal expansion.
The RKVS series of gas coolers are equipped with stainless steel manifolds that ensure high mechanical strength and long service life.
Noise
From 30 dB(A) at 10 m distance.
