Liquid cooler adiabatic Spray system RDVM – AD

The RDVM-AD series of liquid coolers with an adiabatic spray system are used to be able to achieve maximum capacity even under particularly severe working conditions that may occur for short periods of the year or during the hottest hours of summer days.

This avoids having to use an oversized traditional dry gas cooler that has to work at full load for only a few hours per year.

RDVM-AD liquid coolers operate dry and without consuming water for most of the year and activate the adiabatic spray system only during peak temperature and/or heat load peaks to be disposed of.

RDVM-AD liquid coolers have the following advantages:

Fan-motors

Diameter 800 – 910 mm with aluminum or PP plastic blades and corrosion-resistant powder-coated grids. External rotor fans with thermal contacts for effective protection. Fan conveyors with optimized fan profile ensure maximum fan efficiency, lower noise and avoid air recirculation.

Fin spacing

2,1 – 2,3 – 2,5 – 3,2 – 4,0 mm

Casing

Casing in corrosion-resistant powder-coated galvanized steel. Frame designed to ensure high solidity and uniform air distribution through the heat exchanger. AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is equipped with a tube suspension system that avoids contact between the tubes and the frame, ensuring complete protection of the battery against vibrations and thermal expansion.

Noise
