Dry coolers for microchip component production

For this important industrial project, we supplied two large liquid coolers for dehumidifying, with two large air treatment units.

The end user, Silex Microsystems, is the main industry in the world specialized in MEMS foundry technology. MEMS is an acronym for Micro Electro Mechanical Systems, complex electrical and mechanical systems built in microscopic scale on a single chip. Production is carried out in environments that have extremely high standards of cleanliness and atmospheric control.
We supplied two liquid RDVD coolers with EC fans.
